-         Short Course

-         Course for diploma at a middle level of the education and training

-         Course for diploma at a high level of the education and training

-         Courses for a Bachelor Degree (Undergraduate)

 

D.  QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE OF TRAINER / INSTRUCTORS AND EXAMINERS

 

      i.          Academic Background ( percentage of the whole academic staff )

 

P      Doctor degree: less than 10 % 

P      Master degree: less than 20%

P      Bachelor degree: less than 30%

P      Higher national diploma: between 30%-50%

 

      ii.         Maritime qualification

 

P      Levels of certificates of competence

-     Master: over 30 %                   

                  -     Chief mate: over 30 %             

                  -     Chief Engineer: over 30 %       

                  -     Second Engineer: less than 30 %          

 

P      Sea Experience

-                     4 years

 

E.   QUALITY STANDARD SYSTEM
