      i.          Academic Background ( percentage of the whole academic staff )

 

P      Doctor degree: less than 10 % 

P      Master degree: between 20%-50%

P      Bachelor degree: between 30%-50%

P      Higher national diploma: between 30%-50%

 

      ii.         Maritime qualification
