Through several meetings and consultations, the six countries have agrees that :
b). The formulation of projects should consider trade generation impacts, especially considering the economic transformation taking place in the Subregion;
c). Transport projects should be implemented in sections or stretches in order to facilitate project(s) implementation and provide immediate benefits;
d). Given financial constraints, criteria for project(s) selection will need to be established, including consideration of the subregional versus national character of the project and financial resources available.
