The 4th ASEAN Dance Festival will open on 8 December 1996 with ASEAN Gala Night, featuring highlights of each country’s dance item. This will be followed by four hightly performances featuring items from two ASEAN countries each. Each country’s presentation lasts some 45 minutes.
